Our Services

Recovery Concierge provides premium recovery, relaxation, mobility, performance, and wellbeing services delivered at selected locations including homes, hotels, workplaces, corporate environments, and approved venues.

Services may include:

  • Sports and recovery massage
  • Targeted tension release
  • Assisted stretching and mobility
  • Performance recovery sessions
  • Recovery technology and equipment
  • Wellness and lifestyle support
  • Corporate recovery programmes
  • VIP and concierge recovery experiences

Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physiotherapy, or emergency medical care.

Health & Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information before and during their sessions, including:

  • Existing injuries or medical conditions
  • Recent procedures
  • Medications
  • Pregnancy
  • Allergies
  • Physical limitations
  • Any condition affecting safe participation

Recovery Concierge reserves the right to refuse, modify, pause, or discontinue a service when safety is a concern.

Clients may be advised to consult a qualified medical professional where appropriate.

Professional Standards

Recovery Concierge maintains strict professional conduct standards for every session and interaction.

Inappropriate, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or unsafe behaviour can result in immediate session termination and refusal of future bookings.

Therapist & Practitioner Assignment

Practitioner assignment may depend on service type, availability, location, experience, and specific requirements.

A gender preference may be requested where available. A specific practitioner cannot always be guaranteed unless confirmed.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to:

  • Practitioner availability
  • Location availability
  • Service availability
  • Recovery Concierge confirmation
  • Applicable deposit or advance payment

A booking is confirmed only after the client receives confirmation through the applicable booking channel.

For corporate, group, event, VIP, and recurring programmes, separate commercial terms may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation notice: [24 hours]

  • Late cancellation may incur a fee
  • No-shows may be charged up to the full service value
  • Recovery Concierge may waive charges in exceptional circumstances

Late Arrivals

Clients should be ready at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten the session while the original end time remains unchanged, and the full booking price may still apply.

A significant delay may be treated as a late cancellation.

Mobile, Home, Hotel & VIP Appointments

For appointments delivered at a client location, clients are responsible for:

  • Accurate location information
  • Building, hotel, or security access
  • Parking access where relevant
  • A safe and appropriate environment
  • Reasonable privacy
  • Timely practitioner access

Recovery Concierge reserves the right to decline or terminate unsuitable or unsafe appointments.

Corporate Services

Corporate offerings may include:

  • Individual sessions
  • Recovery days
  • Mobility sessions
  • Recovery lounges
  • Reporting
  • Recurring programmes
  • Other agreed services

Signed corporate agreements or proposals may contain additional terms. Where a signed agreement conflicts with general website policy, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Recovery Reports & Performance Information

Recovery Concierge may collect perceived tension, participation, service feedback, and similar wellbeing indicators, including a 0–10 pre and post-session tension score where applicable.

  • This information is for wellbeing and service quality
  • It is not a medical assessment
  • It should not be interpreted as diagnosis or medical evidence
  • Corporate reporting may use aggregated information

Individual health information should not normally be disclosed to an employer without consent unless legally required.

Results

Individual responses vary. Recovery Concierge does not guarantee specific medical, athletic, aesthetic, pain-management, weight-loss, rehabilitation, or performance outcomes unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Testimonials and examples are individual experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.

Promotional or Performance Guarantees

Recovery Concierge may occasionally offer specific guarantees. Guarantees apply only when expressly stated and remain subject to eligibility, measurement, booking conditions, and promotional terms.

Payments

Pricing may vary by:

  • Service
  • Duration
  • Location
  • Number of practitioners
  • Equipment requirements
  • Group size
  • Frequency
  • Corporate or recurring arrangement

Applicable taxes may be charged where required.

Packages & Memberships

Packages, memberships, and prepaid credits are subject to validity periods, usage conditions, booking requirements, transfer restrictions, and prepaid credit conditions.

  • Not exchangeable for cash unless otherwise stated
  • Must be used within the stated validity
  • Subject to availability
  • Transfers require Recovery Concierge approval

Refunds

Completed services are generally non-refundable.

If Recovery Concierge cannot deliver a prepaid service, the client may receive an alternative appointment, account credit, or refund, depending on circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Recovery Equipment

  • Clients must follow practitioner instructions
  • Clients must disclose relevant health conditions
  • Recovery Concierge may prevent equipment use where safety, contraindications, manufacturer guidance, or suitability concerns exist

Privacy & Personal Information

Recovery Concierge may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Name
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Booking information
  • Service history
  • Health or consent information provided by the client
  • Feedback
  • Payment-related records
  • Communication preferences
  • Website and booking-system information

This information may be used for booking management, service delivery, client support, safety, reporting, and administration.

Reasonable measures will be taken to protect personal information, and data will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.

Communications & Marketing

Recovery Concierge may contact clients regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Reminders
  • Follow-ups
  • Service updates
  • Membership information
  • Offers
  • Promotions

Clients may opt out of non-essential marketing. Operational booking communications may still be sent where necessary.

Photography & Media

Recovery Concierge will not intentionally use identifiable photographs, videos, testimonials, or similar marketing material without appropriate permission.

Corporate and event photography may be covered by separate consent.

Limitation of Responsibility

Recovery Concierge is not responsible for outcomes arising from:

  • Withheld health information
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Unsafe environments outside Recovery Concierge control
  • Misuse of equipment
  • Activities outside the agreed service
  • Circumstances outside reasonable control

Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be prohibited by law.

Personal Belongings

Clients remain responsible for personal belongings during appointments and events. Recovery Concierge is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to Services or Policies

Recovery Concierge may update its services, pricing, booking processes, programmes, and policies. The latest published version applies from its effective date.
